Who can become an Ambassador?
Teachers, school administrators, education professionals, education support personnel, community education advocates and other approved education-sector representatives can apply. Ambassadors should be professional, trustworthy and able to communicate effectively with schools.
Do I need to be a technician?
No. You do not need to be a technician. Your role is to identify genuine school needs, introduce schools to ZimSchool and submit referrals. Technical assessment, quotations and service delivery are handled by the ZimSchool/Outreach Zimbabwe team.
Do I have to recruit other Ambassadors?
No. Teacher Ambassadors are not required to recruit other Ambassadors. The programme is focused on genuine school referrals, helping schools discover ZimSchool and connecting schools with relevant digital and ICT services.
How do I earn commission?
Teacher Ambassadors may earn commission when a qualifying referral results in a completed and paid service. The applicable commission depends on the service provided. Please refer to the Commission Policy for the current commission structure and requirements.
Can I promise a school a price?
No. Teacher Ambassadors should not promise or confirm prices unless the price has been officially approved by ZimSchool/Outreach Zimbabwe. The team will assess the school’s requirements and provide the appropriate quotation.
How do I submit a referral?
Submit the school’s details through the official ZimSchool Teacher Ambassador referral process. Provide accurate information and include your Ambassador ID or referral code so that the referral can be properly recorded and tracked.
When do I receive my commission?
Commission is processed after the qualifying referral has resulted in a completed and paid service and the referral has been verified in accordance with the Commission Policy. Payment timing and requirements are subject to the applicable commission terms.
What happens after I submit a referral?
The ZimSchool/Outreach Zimbabwe team reviews the referral, contacts the school where appropriate, assesses its requirements and provides the relevant quotation or service. The referral is then followed through the appropriate process, with qualifying completed and paid services recorded for commission purposes.
Can I refer more than one school?
Yes. Teacher Ambassadors can submit multiple genuine school referrals. Each referral should contain accurate information, be submitted through the official referral process and comply with the Ambassador Standards and Commission Policy.
